Complaints Policy
What you can complain about
- How your call or form submission was handled.
- A contractor matched with your project, including communication or claims about licenses and insurance.
- Information on this website you believe is inaccurate.
- How your personal information was used.
What we cannot resolve
We do not perform the work and are not a party to contracts between you and your contractor. Disputes about workmanship, payments, schedules or warranties are between you and the contractor. For complaints about state-licensed trades, see the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and its license search. We still want to hear about problems so we can act on them.
How to complain
Call 863-372-9151 at any hour or use our contact page. Tell us your name, how to reach you, what happened and what outcome you would like.
What happens next
- Acknowledgment. We respond within 24 hours.
- Review. We look at the details and, where appropriate, contact the contractor involved.
- Response. We tell you what we found and what we will do.
- Action. Where a contractor has misrepresented a license or insurance, or shows repeated problems, we may stop passing on inquiries to them.
